At least 2 - 3 years as a Financial Coordinator Knowledge of Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer relation skills.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
Responsible for driving the Fresenius culture though values and customer service standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Works with Financial Coordinators regarding any missing information or discrepancies between reports.
