Job Description:- Identifies strategies to improve patient enrollment in research protocols.
- Demonstrates willingness to perform other duties to assist the team effort for the benefit of the patients, physicians, and fellow employees.
- Educates clinic/hospital personnel on protocol conduct.
- Draws, prepares, and ships laboratory samples for clinical trials.
- Maintains visibility at affiliated hospitals to facilitate patient enrollment by attending morning physician reports.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Educates prospective subjects for participation in investigations and obtains informed consent.
- Consistently arrives at work on time and completes all tasks.
- Clinical research and regulatory experience preferred.
- Works in conjunction with PI on procedures and tests that need to be performed in compliance with the protocol. Schedules follow-up visits for study patients in collaboration with PI.
