Job Description:- Skilled in nursing practice, able to cope w/family emotional stress and be tolerant of ind.
- Ability to read, hear & speak in a manner understood by most people.
- Initiates communication w/physicians, hospice staff members & agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care & efficient use of resources for hospice patient/family.
- Committed to the goals & objectives of the hospice program.
- We make decisions quickly & are open to granting requests that are unique to the patient & family, making the most positive experience possible through difficult times.
- Responsible for identifying patient, family or caregiver needs.
- Provides appropriate support at the time of death & during bereavement period.
- Holds a current license to practice as a registered prof'l nurse in the state of Illinois. 2 yrs of varied work exp.

- Demonstrates ability to assess & respond to the needs of patients, families or caregivers.
- We seek a RN to join our team in Northernwestern Illinois (Bartlett area).
