Job Description:- As the Oncology Case Manager, you will serve as a case manager and benefits consultant for oncology patients who have been referred to our program.

- Key responsibilities of the Oncology Case Manager include: Providing benefits information and medical care coordination Gathering diagnosis information from patients, as well as treatment and medical history Collaborating with contract providers, vendors, and inpatient/outpatient services to coordinate care Identifying methods for savings costs while providing quality services Educating patients, families and related parties on care services.
