Job Description:- Lives with patient on a full time basis for a 7 day week.
- In addition to reading and writing English, candidate must speak English clearly.
- Requires certification as a CNA in Illinois. 1 year patient care experience.
- Medication prompting and transportation to MD and appointments.
- We will have a CNA back up person for you if you request time off.
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and supply management required.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspond as required by BrightStar CNA guidelines.
