Job Description:- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- This is an entry level position into the practice of clinical pharmacy in the alternate setting.
- Self-directed with excellent time management skills and able to work independently.
- Experience with and knowledge of sterile IV admixture procedures.
- Drug and medical plans through Walgreens Health.
- The company operates over 6,500 drugstores in 49 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
- Walgreens Health Services division and Walgreens Health and Wellness division.
- Walgreens Health and Wellness division includes Take Care Health Systems, which manages convenient care clinics and worksite health and wellness centers at more than 600 locations.
- The clinical staff pharmacist I coordinates patient services with the Nursing Department, monitors patient progress toward goals and educates patients, caregivers, staff and other professionals regarding appropriate medication use.
