Job Description:- Conducts analyses of operational and management problems to provide recommendations for decision options to resolve complex problems related to operations in the clinics or to improve or optimize the fincancial and operationsal performance in the clinics.
- Bachelors degreee required with concentration in Accounting, Finance or Healthcare.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- A good understanding of financial theories and principles required.
- Clinical Manager or RN with Associates degress with demonstrated leadership capabilities and an interest in developing business skills. 4 to 6 years business experience preferably in a multi state healthcare program OR MBA plus 2 years financial analysis experience preferably in a multi site healthcare program.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- oral and written.
