- Position Description: Assisting the nurses with referrals to vendor partners and follow up activities related to vendor acceptance Providing administrative support for nurses, including scheduling appointments, generating/sending letters, etc. Recognizing and appropriately routing clinical information to clinical personnel to be interpreted and documented Helping the team lead with work team management Ensuring that Case Managers have the information they need Work with supervisor to solve more complex problems Prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines Work with others as part of a team.
